🎓 Wedding Planner Contracts & Breach of Contract – A 3-Part Masterclass Inspired by my Ana Flores experience

Updated: Oct 27

Welcome to my blog — and to a series I never thought I’d have to write.

My name is Johanna Arroliga, and I’m a licensed, bonded, insured professional working in industries that demand accountability: real estate, insurance, DMV services, and more. Those licenses cost thousands of dollars and come with strict consequences if I ever fail my clients.

Yet, despite all that oversight, I like many others found myself facing a situation where $11,000 vanished into thin air, a wedding planner didn’t deliver on her promises, and the legal system offered little recourse. That experience is what inspired this 3-part masterclass, designed to help you protect yourself before, during, and after signing a wedding planner contract blog posts.

The image features Johanna standing confidently in business attire, smiling at the camera, with her contact information, office address, and services — including DMV services, business formation, and taxes — displayed around her in bold, modern typography. The design emphasizes her professionalism, credibility, and multifaceted expertise."

Understanding contract law and negotiation is already an essential part of what I do every day to protect my clients.

whether I’m helping them buy a home, insure their property, or launch a business. These skills are not just legal requirements in my industry; they’re safety nets that prevent people from losing thousands of dollars when things go wrong. And now, I want to extend that same level of protection and knowledge to you. Whether you’re planning a wedding, hiring a vendor, or entering into any major agreement, you deserve to understand how contracts work, how to hold people accountable, and how to protect yourself when they don’t deliver. That’s what this series is all about turning what I’ve learned through hard experience into actionable steps that empower you.

What This Masterclass Is About

This isn’t about revenge it’s about education, awareness, and accountability. Too many families, vendors, and small businesses have fallen victim to legal loopholes that protect bad actors while leaving the rest of us empty-handed. My goal is to share what I learned from my experience with Ana Flores and Ana Flores Events, so that you can make informed decisions and avoid the same mistakes.

This series is for you if:

  • You’re thinking about hiring a wedding planner.

  • You’ve already signed a contract and something feels off.

  • You’ve experienced a breach of contract and don’t know what to do next.
